The invention discloses a personification learning type interactive artificial intelligence expert system, which is characterized by being composed of artificial intelligence software, an expert management system, a cloud service platform and a client, wherein the running basis of the artificial intelligence software comprises a basic fact set, an execution attribute set capable of being possessed by each basic fact and a user set which are managed by the expert management system; first-dimension basic facts refer to specific typical types of goods or objects and are defined by the expert management system; second-dimension execution attributes refer to actions which can be executed or variation attributes of the objects described by the basic facts, and the specific content of the attributes and applicable users are defined by the expert management system; the user set refers to all users who access to the artificial intelligence software through client registration; and the cloud service platform is stored with the artificial intelligence software and running data thereof, the expert management system and running data thereof, and data indicating whether the users have cognition or not for each attribute of each basic fact set.
