The IP address is transmitted through an HELLO packet which is periodically broadcasted in a protocol, and each node creates a table to store the corresponding relation between the IP and the MAC, wherein when the node receives the HELLO packet, whether the IP address carried in the HELLO packet conflicts with that in the table or not is judged, if the IP address carried in the HELLO packet conflicts with that in the table, a conflict notice is sent to a conflict node, the conflict node regenerates an IP address, and the HELLO packet is discarded; otherwise, the HELLO packet is processed continuously. According to the dynamic distribution method, IP distribution and the L2MPM protocol are combined, and a dynamic IP distributing and conflict detecting and solving method is achieved.
