Problems solved by technology

Although the energy harvester can effectively avoid the axle-coupled self-excited vibration, this method requires the installation of excitation coils, induction coils and external power supplies on the bridge, which will increase the cost of the maglev system and affect the aesthetics of the line

Embodiment Construction

[0035] Such as Figure 5 As shown, the steps of the maglev train-bridge self-excited vibration suppression method based on the virtual energy harvester in this embodiment include:

[0036] 1) Estimate the vibration velocity of the bridge by using the acceleration and suspension gap of the suspension electromagnet; take the suspension electromagnet of the maglev train as the control object, and use the suspension electromagnet as the excitation coil of the virtual energy capture device to construct a virtual energy harvester. Vibration velocity estimation of virtual energy harvester forces on bridges;

[0037] 2) Under the premise of ensuring the stability of the suspension system of the maglev train itself, keep the control outer loop of the suspension control system of the maglev train unchanged by using PD control, and superimpose the control current equivalent to the force of the virtual energy capture device on the bridge to the suspension The current feedback of the cont...

Abstract

The invention provides a virtual energy catcher based inhibition method for magnetic-levitation train-bridge self-induced vibration. The method comprises the steps of estimating the vibration speed of a bridge according to the acceleration of a levitation electro-magnet and a levitation gap; creating a virtual energy catcher using the levitation electro-magnet as an inducing coil of the virtual energy catcher; estimating the acting force of the virtual energy catcher on a bridge; remaining the PD (Proportional-Differential) control for an outer control ring of a levitation control system of a magnetic-levitation train on the premise that the stability of the levitation of the magnetic-levitation train is ensured; overlapping control current which is equivalent to the acting force of the virtual energy catcher on the bridge to current feedback of an inner control ring of the levitation control system, so as to achieve the inhibition for the magnetic-levitation train-bridge self-induced vibration. With the adoption of the method, the stability of a magnetic-levitation train-bridge coupling system can be achieved, thus the self-induced vibration can be avoided, and as a result, the capacity for the magnetic-levitation train passing over the bridge is improved; in addition, an energy catcher and other devices are prevented from being mounted on the bridge, the operation is simple and the cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a maglev train-bridge coupled self-excited vibration suppression method, in particular to a maglev train-bridge self-excited vibration suppression method based on a virtual energy harvester, which is suitable for low-speed maglevs of electromagnetic type constant conduction (Electro Magnetic Suspension, referred to as EMS) train. Background technique [0002] Electro Magnetic Suspension (EMS for short) low-speed maglev train is a new type of vehicle that relies on the attraction between the electromagnet installed on the train and the track to make the train suspend on the track. It is characterized by its safety and comfort. , No pollution and other advantages have won more and more attention. In recent years, the maglev system has developed rapidly all over the world. However, when the maglev train passes the bridge at a low speed, the self-excited vibration problem of the maglev train-bridge coupling may occur. When the co...
