Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation method of a selenium-enriched blueberry. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: (1) a selenium-enriched organic fertilizer is applied to a blueberry fruit tree before the tree blooms; (2) after the blueberry is picked, astragalus smicus is interplanted and harvested, the soil is cultivated; (3) organic selenium nutrient solution is sprayed when fruits are inflated. Selenium-enriched treatment is performed to the cultivated blueberry by adopting a foliar spray and root application method, and exogenous inorganic selenium can be changed into ecological organic selenium protein in an astragalus smicus interplanting process, thus the cultivation method is good for blueberry growth. The total selenium content of the fresh blueberry fruits is 0.048mg/kg, and the total selenium content of organic selenium reaches 85.6%; the zinc content is 2.4mg/kg; the anthocyanin content is 1548mg/kg, SOD (superoxide dismutase) in 100g fresh fruit includes 4.85 international units, and the VE (vitamin E) content is 86.4ug/kg.
