A processing method of the Fuzhuan dark tea comprises performing re-preparation processing on raw dark green tea raw material, airing ampelopsis grossedentata and removing impurities, processing the raw materials, mixing and proportioning, performing pile fermentation, stirring the fermentation material, steaming tea leaf and compacting, airing and shaping, demolding, performing drying and fungus growing, and performing finished-product packaging. The ampelopsis grossedentata mannually-manufactured Fuzhuan dark tea helps to further improve the health-care medicinal efficacy, and helps to further improve functions of manually-manufactured Fuzhuan dark tea, such as enhancing human body immunity and building up body.
