Abstract

The invention relates to an extraction technology for extracting hypotensive substances from rapeseed meal. The technology comprises the following steps: selecting materials; extracting, carrying out high-speed centrifugation, adsorbing oil, removing impurities and eluting; and carrying out vacuum concentration and low-temperature drying to obtain the hypotensive substances, wherein the rapeseed meal is a residue after oil is squeezed from rapeseeds. The technology is wide in raw material source and low in price. According to the extraction technology, water-soluble components in the rapeseed meal are extracted with low-cost water; oil is adsorbed with kieselguhr to be subjected to degreasing treatment, and is subjected to high-speed centrifugal degreasing; impurities are removed with macroporous resin D941; hypotensive components in a D941 resin column effluent are adsorbed with DM21 macroporous resin; the impurity components are washed off with a water solution and 20% ethanol solution; the hypotensive components are eluted with 50% ethanol solution; and the amount of the 50% ethanol solution is low, so that the cost is reduced; and the obtained hypotensive substances are high in effective component content and significant in hypotensive treatment effect.
