Device and method for mechanically cleaning inner wall of barrel-shaped container

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for mechanically cleaning an inner wall of a barrel-shaped container. The device comprises a container, a hairbrush chain, a pressing mechanism and an electromagnetic module driving mechanism, wherein the hairbrush chain comprises a second rod member and a third rod member which are connected with a first rod member in a hinge manner; a locking mechanism is arranged between the second rod member and the first rod member; a strong magnetic block is embedded in each of the first rod member, the second rod member and the third rod member; an electromagnetic module is positioned at the outer part of the container; the electromagnetic module driving module is used for driving the electromagnetic module and enabling the hairbrush chain to move around the inner wall of the container; the pressing mechanism is arranged above an operating hole of the container, and acts on the third rod member. The invention discloses a cleaning method. According to the device and the method for mechanically cleaning the inner wall of the barrel-shaped container, the inner wall of the container is mechanically cleaned, the interference of residual substances and scale substances in the container on the concentration and purity of solution matrix substances in the container is eliminated, the manual workload is reduced, and the continuous normal operation of automatic equipment is guaranteed.
