[0049] The following are examples, and the specific embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not used to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0050] The method for automatically identifying the installation direction of an OBD device in a vehicle based on a genetic algorithm comprises the following steps:

[0051] A. Install the OBD device on the vehicle. Due to the influence of various factors, the coordinate system of the OBD device is a non-horizontal coordinate system at this time. Use the ax, ay and az output by the accelerometer to calculate the non-levelness of the OBD device theta and gamma;

[0052] θ = sin - 1 - ax ax 2 + ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for automatically identifying installation direction of an OBD device in a vehicle based on genetic algorithm. In the method, turning of the vehicle is judged according to output of a gyroscope, output of an accelerometer obtained when angular speed of turning is in peak is used as fitness value of the genetic algorithm, the fitness value is put into the genetic algorithm, and accordingly, the installation direction of the OBD device in the vehicle is determined. With the method provided by the invention, the OBD device automatically identifies the installation direction in the vehicle, and the problem of difference of installation directions of the OBD device in different vehicles is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for establishing a coordinate system of an OBD device through a genetic algorithm. The output of the gyroscope is used to judge the turning of the vehicle, and the output of the accelerometer when the turning angular velocity reaches the peak value is used as the fitness value of the genetic algorithm, and the fitness value is substituted into the genetic algorithm. The algorithm thus determines the installation direction of the vehicle OBD device in the vehicle. Background technique [0002] The built-in MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope of OBD equipment are collectively referred to as the built-in inertial components of OBD equipment. The integration of MEMS accelerometer, gyroscope and vehicle-mounted OBD equipment can realize the whole process of monitoring the vehicle's motion state, and the measurement data can assist in evaluating the driver's driving behavior and identifying vehicle collision situations, which g...
