Embodiment 1

[0039] A pH-responsive color-changing antibacterial fiber loaded with curcumin is prepared by a wet spinning method from a spinning solution containing polyacrylonitrile (PAN), curcumin and a solvent. Its preparation method is:

[0040] (1) Dry and dehydrate the PAN powder, and filter and separate with a sieve.

[0041] Put a certain amount of PAN powder in an oven, and dry it by staged heating method, heat to 60°C for 1 hour, heat to 80°C for 1 hour, heat to 100°C for 2 hours, heat to 105°C for drying 1h.

[0042] Use a 100-150 mesh stainless steel mesh sieve to filter the dried PAN powder to remove large agglomerated particles. The sieved PAN fine powder was placed in a vacuum constant temperature oven at 40°C for later use.

[0043] (2) Choice of solvent.

[0044] Considering many aspects such as rapid volatilization, skin-friendly safety, spinnability and solubility of curcumin, N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) was chosen as the spinning solvent.

[0045] (3) Determinati...

Embodiment 2

[0067] Step (1) PAN powder is dried and dehydrated, and separated by sieve filtration. Use the constant temperature drying method to dry at 100°C for 5 hours, and then use a 100-150 mesh stainless steel mesh sieve to filter and sieve to remove large agglomerated particles. The sieved PAN fine powder was placed in a vacuum constant temperature oven at 40°C for later use.

[0068] Steps (2)-(10) are the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0070] The selection of step (2) solvent. N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was used as the solvent, and the method was the same as in Example 1 except that the solvent was replaced with DMF in other steps.

Abstract

The invention provides a curcumin-carried pH-response color-changing antibacterial fiber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, drying and dewatering polyacrylonitrile powder, and filtering for separating by utilizing a screen mesh; step 2, mixing curcumin, the polyacrylonitrile powder obtained in the step 1 and a solvent, wherein the mass concentration of the polyacrylonitrile is 18-22%, and the consumption of the curcumin is 0.5-5% of the polyacrylonitrile powder in dry weight; and step 3, stirring a mixed liquid obtained in the step 2 to puff and dissolve polyacrylonitrile to obtain a spinning solution, performing deaeration on the spinning solution, performing wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber, performing drying densification on the obtained nascent fiber, and performing heat setting treatment, so as to obtain the curcumin-carried pH-response color-changing antibacterial fiber. According to the curcumin-carried pH-response color-changing antibacterial fiber and the preparation method thereof, the fiber is colored uniformly, the color fastness is excellent, and the fiber has the weaving mechanical property and the pH-response color-changing performance; the spinning temperature is low, and the medicine activity of curcumin can be still retained, so that the fiber has the anti-bacterial function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pH-responsive color-changing antibacterial fiber loaded with curcumin and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of material processing. Background technique [0002] Discoloration refers to the color change of a substance under the action of the external environment. Devices made by people using the discoloration of materials are called discoloration materials. According to the way the material is stimulated, there are mainly photochromic, thermochromic, electrochromic and acid-induced chromic. Various discoloration phenomena add convenience and interest to people's life, and also make the world more colorful. As an innovative material, textiles with color-changing function have a huge potential market. [0003] Acid-induced color materials are materials that can change color due to changes in pH. Acid-chromic textiles can be used in many occasions, such as protective clothing used to indicate the...
