Embodiment Construction

[0033] figure 2 Shown are the steps of the implementation of the present invention:

[0034] Specific implementation steps:

[0035] 1. First, accurately measure 85mL of soil digestion solution or sewage water sample, and import it into a 100mL volumetric flask for later use;

[0036] 2. Add 3 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid and adjust the reagent environment to ensure that the extraction reaction is carried out under appropriate acid conditions. Shake the mixed solution after adding acid and stand still for use;

[0037] 3. Titrate 500 μL of 1% potassium permanganate solution to the above mixed solution to remove trivalent arsenic in the soil digestion solution or sewage water sample, so that it cannot react with the sodium iodide solution added later to form the corresponding Iodide solution, to ensure that the final extraction solution does not contain arsenic and affect the measurement of lead.

[0038] 4. Use a pipette to accurately measure 3 mL of ascorbic acid solution with ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a chemical sample preparation method used for determining the content of heavy metal in soil and waste water using a total reflection x-ray fluorescence (TXRF) spectrometer. The chemical sample preparation method comprises following steps: firstly, 85ml of a soil digestion solution or a waste water sample is measured; concentrated sulfuric acid is added so as to adjust sample pH value and establish a sample environment suitable for extraction reaction; after adding of concentrated sulfuric acid, an obtained mixed solution is shaken up, and is allowed to stand for further using; extraction of heavy metal in the soil digestion solution or the waste water sample is carried out; and at last, the total reflection x-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used to determine the content of heavy metal in the soil digestion solution or the waste water sample. Extraction technology is used in determination using the total reflection x-ray fluorescence spectrometer for the first time. It is confirmed by experiments that minimum detectability of application of the TXRF spectrometer in detection of mercury content of soil digestion solution or waste water can be as low as ppt grade.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a chemical sample preparation method for testing the content of heavy metals in soil and sewage with a total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (TXRF) instrument, and is particularly suitable for a method for trace analysis of mercury, cadmium, and lead elements. Background technique: [0002] Since my country's reform and opening up, the economy has grown rapidly, steadily and continuously, and has achieved world-renowned achievements. Along with this, the pressure on environmental protection has increased year by year, and the overall pollution is still at a relatively high level. Take the water environment as an example. At present, China's water resources are facing serious pollution threats. Industrial wastewater and urban and rural domestic sewage are discharged into rivers, lakes, seas, and soil in large quantities, which makes surface water and groundwater water quality worse and worsens water resources. The tensio...
