Preparation steps are: firstly preparing an Mg-Al hydrotalcite laminate board; and intercalating polyacid into the hydrotalcite laminate board by using a peeling recombination method, to prepare a series of polyacid intercalation hydrotalcite catalytic materials. The prepared polyacid intercalation hydrotalcite catalytic material not only solves problems that an impurity phase is likely to appear in a traditional polyacid intercalation hydrotalcite process and the like, but also has relatively high catalytic activity for addition reactions of fatty aldehyde, aromatic aldehyde and ketone.
