[0038] Sodium valproate was purchased as a finished product from Sigma Corporation. Weigh 3.32g of sodium valproate in 20ml of distilled water to prepare a 1M mother liquor, filter and sterilize and store at 4°C until use.

Indoor toxicity measurement proves that sodium valproate has good inhibitory activity on plant pathogenic fungi; sodium valproate can serve as a fungicide, has the advantages of high efficiency and low toxicity and can meet the plant disease chemical control requirement; at present, a large amount of fungicide is used, so that drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is enhanced, and the traditional fungicide produces severe pollution to the environment, is high in residue amount and directly threats safety of human food; and sodium valproate is a degradable, pollution-free and environment-friendly micromolecular compound, has poor drug resistance, is safe to non-target organisms as well as people and livestock, can guarantee high quality of agricultural products, fruits and vegetables, can meet the sustainable development requirement and has a broad study and market application prospect.
