Abstract

The algorithm of the cam load mechanism comprises the following steps of firstly, drawing a torque-stroke curve; secondly, drawing a thread stand pattern; thirdly, calculating prestress of a spring; fourthly, rotating the cam by a corresponding angle and solving the effective arm force and the spring compression amount; fifthly, determining characteristics of the spring; and sixthly, calculating a torque value under the angle, and judging whether the torque value is qualified or not.
