The cable insulation layer repairing module includes an annular clamping head which can be fixed on a cable; the inner circumferential radian of the clamping head ranges from 160 degrees to 180 degrees; one end head surface of the clamping head is provided with a hollow pipe; an end portion of the hollow pipe is provided with a funnel; the inner circular arc surface of the clamping head is provided with an annular flow guide groove; and the hollow pipe is communicated with the flow guide groove. The clamping head can be clamped on a cable requiring repairing, the flow guide groove is aligned with a defect of the cable requiring repairing; a healant is added from the funnel and flows to the defect through the flow guide groove and stays at the defect so as to fill the defect, and therefore, repairing can be realized; after the repairing is completed, redundant repairing liquid solidified on the cable can be removed through modes such as cutting, and the defect of the cable can be repaired.
