Embodiment 1
[0014] Using microneedles to deliver stem cell-conditioned media into wrinkle sites
[0015] The conditioned medium of stem cells was introduced into the wrinkle site by microneedle once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.
[0016] Through skin pathological analysis, it was found that after stem cell treatment, skin collagen increased, wrinkles became lighter, and skin elasticity increased.
[0017] Microneedles combined with stem cell conditioned medium can achieve better results.
Embodiment 2
[0019] Using segmental radio frequency combined with microneedle puncture technology to introduce stem cell conditioned medium into the wrinkled part
[0020] Fractional radiofrequency combined with microneedle puncture technique also achieved good therapeutic effect.
[0021] Through skin pathological analysis, it was found that after stem cell treatment, skin collagen increased, wrinkles became lighter, and skin elasticity increased.
Embodiment 3
[0023] Iontophoresis technology can also introduce stem cell conditioned medium into skin tissue, which has a good anti-wrinkle effect.
[0024] Through skin pathological analysis, it was found that after stem cell treatment, skin collagen increased, wrinkles became lighter, and skin elasticity increased.
[0025] Experiments have proved that stem cells derived from human umbilical cord and placenta can not only produce extracellular matrix such as collagen and fibronectin, but also secrete a variety of cytokines and growth factors. The conditioned medium of stem cells contains active substances such as growth factors and cytokines that can activate Skin fibroblasts and keratinocytes, promote angiogenesis, induce collagen synthesis, inhibit collagen degradation, thereby repairing chronically damaged skin.

Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of use of a stem cell conditioned medium in medicinal cosmetics, and especially relates to an application of the conditioned medium in skin ageing resistance. Researches find that a large amount of complex active substances secreted by stem cells are stored in a medium in the in vivo culture process of mesenchymal stem cells, and is called as the stem cell conditioned medium, and an obtaining method of the medium comprises the following steps: carrying out digestive passage on p2 generation mesenchymal stem cells by using 0.05% pancreatin, inoculating 2*10<6> into a 150mm culture dish, and culturing to obtain p3 generation cells; and sucking the obtained culture supernatant when 80% of the p3 generation cells fuse, washing by using PBS twice, adding a new serum-free medium, putting the obtained cells in a 37DEG C 5% CO2 incubator, culturing for 48h, and collecting the obtained culture supernatant to obtain the stem cell conditioned medium. The stem cell conditioned medium obtained in the invention can supplement skin cell metabolism promotion substances lacked in skins and also can induce new collagen synthesis in order to maintain elasticity of skins and reduce wrinkles.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of stem cell conditioned medium applied to medicinal cosmetics, in particular to the application of conditioned medium in preventing skin aging. Background technique [0002] Cosmeceuticals are composites of cosmetics and medicinal physiological therapeutic substances. With the increase of population and the improvement of people's living conditions, the collagen, elastin, fibroblasts and their extracellular matrix proteins in human skin gradually decrease with age, and the skin is loose, and linear wrinkles and deep folds appear. Skin aging problems, including loss of elasticity, facial wrinkles, pigmentation, dry skin and irregular texture, etc., are not only a topic of concern to many ordinary people, but also a subject of research by scientists. [0003] How to use drugs to repair photodamaged skin and restore skin elasticity was published in the New England Journal of Medicine, the highest level medical journal....
