One or more sets of the ceramic membrane tubes are fixed at the top end of the reacting furnace, after exhaust gas produced through pyrolysis or gasification or combustion of the organic solid fuel in the reacting furnace penetrates through the ceramic membrane tubes, gas-solid separation is achieved, the gas is exhausted out of the reacting furnace through a produced gas outlet, and small solid particles in the exhaust gas are blocked on the surface layers of the ceramic membrane tubes by the ceramic membrane tubes or fall into an ash hopper. The produced gas is stored in the gas storage tank after being cooled through the heat exchanging device and the condensing device, and the oil obtained through condensation is gathered into an oil gathering bottle.
