The adsorbent is prepared by the following steps: firstly, performing graft polymerization on the cellulose surface, performing epoxide ring-opening with ethylenediamine after glycidyl methacrylate is successfully grafted, and introducing a primary amine group; and then, synthesizing 4-ethoxycarbonylbenzo-15-crown-5 by using tetraethylene glycol and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate as raw materials, hydrolyzing and acidifying to preapre carboxybenzo-crown ether, performing acyl chlorination to prepare acyl chloride-based benzo-crown ether, drying solvent by distillation, and directly reacting with primary amine on the branch chain of cellulose to realize loading of the crown ether on cellulose.
