According to the method, sterilization, bacterium planting, cultivation, drying, collection and like production processes are integrated; a culture medium is loaded on a culture tray and is placed on a movable shelf inside a reaction tank so as to achieve solid state fermentation in a mode of tray culture; and an internal pipeline is used for supplying planted bacteria, liquid nutrients and gas which are used as nutrients for microorganism fermentation. In addition, a drying circulating unit can be arranged in the tank body, which, in coordination with a product collection unit, can be used for carrying out drying and collecting processes respectively.
