Abstract

Provided are a recognition method and system for the fluctuation situation of hydrologic flow. The method comprises following steps: analyzing a hydrologic flow process line to be connection of multiple points and calculating discrete value of hydrologic flow; calculating change rate of hydrologic flow, determining extremums of hydrologic flow and generating the extremum sequence of hydrologic flow; calculating change rate of the extremums of hydrologic flow, rotation angles of the extremums and the rotation angle of the extremum sequence of hydrologic flow; and determining the fluctuation situation value of hydrologic flow in order to obtain a fluctuation degree analysis result of hydrologic flow, wherein larger the fluctuation situation value is, more severe the fluctuation degree of hydrologic flow is. The recognition method and system for fluctuation situation of hydrologic flow have following beneficial effects: a novel technical scheme is provided for quantitative analysis of the fluctuation situation of hydrologic flow, which is beneficial for analyses of fluctuation degree of hydrologic flow; and decision support is given to reservoir regulation so that great importance is attached to development and utilization of water resources.
