By adopting the dynamic flow distributing apparatus provided herein, the mixing proportion of outdoor air and indoor air is controlled by dynamically controlling the intake volume of the outdoor air, thus effectively reducing the humidity and dust of air that is sucked indoor, prolonging the service period of an air filter core, decreasing the possibility of forming ozone and stabilizing the ozone content.
