Abstract

The invention discloses a compensation method for a slowly varying error of a primary interpolation of a space curve. The method comprises the following steps that: segmented sampling is carried out on a space curve according to an algorithm condition, wherein a segmented sampling point is an error compensation point; multi-point on-line measurement is carried out and an error compensation table is established; compensation is carried out on theoretical primary interpolation data; and then the compensated primary interpolation data are used for replacing original primary interpolation data. According to the invention, on the basis of on-line soft real-time compensation, problems of poor static compensation dynamic performance, high real-time compensation cost, and high technical difficulty can be solved; and the slowly varying error in the space curve interpolation can be compensated well.
