[0020] 1) Activate the strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 with the preservation number CCTCCNO: M2013283 and prepare it into a plant growth promoting agent:

[0021] (1) Take one ring of the slant bacterial species, streak the hyphae on the PDA plate, and cultivate it at 30° C. for 48 hours in an incubator;

[0022] (2) pick single bacterium colony on the PDA plate and insert the single bacterium colony on the plate into the 250ml Erlenmeyer flask that 50ml nutrient solution is housed, prepare 9 with rotating speed 200rpm on the shaker, the condition constant temperature culture of temperature 30 ℃ for 5 days, obtain Plant growth promoter.

[0023] 2) Biomass carrier pretreatment: Take 3 kg of rice husk, mix according to the mass ratio: 60% rice husk, 20% waste molasses, and 3% bean cake powder, add water to the water content of 40%, adjust the pH to 7.0, and install it in a high-temperature resistant Sterilize at 121°C for 30 minutes in a plastic bag.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing an ionic rare earth mine tailing in-situ remediation plant nursing system. The method utilizes agricultural waste as a biomass carrier and a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 strain as a plant growth promoting inocula which is preserved in the China center for type culture collection on June 24, 2013 and has a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2013283 to prepare the ionic rare earth mine tailing in-situ remediation plant nursing system. Through immobilization of the biomass carrier, activity of the plant growth promoting inocula can be kept for a long time and the plant growth promoting inocula can produce stable and efficient action in a complex environment. The system can improve soil fertility and prevents soil hardening and fast soil moisture evaporation. The system utilizes the agricultural waste biomass carrier and has a wide source, a low cost and simple processes. The system realizes waste utilization, can be used as bio-fertilizer, and provides various nutrients for a plant. Through the system, the restored soil is suitable for plant growth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology for repairing ionic rare earth tailings, in particular to a technology for in-situ repairing of rare earth tailings by using agricultural waste as a biomass carrier to immobilize a plant growth-promoting bacterium agent to prepare a plant care system. Belongs to the field of biotechnology. Background technique [0002] The pool leaching and heap leaching processes are widely used in the mining of ion-type rare earths instead of the less polluting in-situ leaching method. A large amount of NH remaining in rare earth tailings 4+ , SO 4 2- Soil acidification and compaction, as well as residual rare earth elements, may harm the growth of plants, resulting in the lack of vegetation on rare earth tailings. Due to the fact that most of the rare earth tailings are stacked in the open air, coupled with the lack of vegetation, the soil erosion is serious, which seriously damages the agricultural ecology in the area.
