Embodiment 1

[0055] S1. Preparation of standard working solution:

[0056] The standard products of benzene series are benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene. The standard products of phthalate ester compounds are dimethyl phthalate (DMP) and phthalate Diethyl formate (DEP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), bis( 2-Ethyl)hexyl ester (DEHP) and dioctyl phthalate (DNOP) are prepared into a mixed standard solution through progressive dilution;

[0057] S2. Preparation of sample solution: Weigh and accurately weigh 0.3g (accurate to 0.0001g) of cigarette hydrosol (each experiment is randomly selected from commercially available cigarette hydrosol samples, which does not limit the scope of the present invention) The sample was placed in a 25mL Erlenmeyer flask with stopper, and 2mL of ultrapure water was added. After the sample was dispersed, 10mL containing 0.4μg / mL 2-hexanone (benzene series internal standard) and 0.15μg / m...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneous detection of 13 benzene compounds and phthalic acid ester compounds in a water-borne adhesive. The method comprises the steps of oscillating to disperse samples by adopting ultrapure water, then extracting through cyclohexane and filtering to obtain a sample solution, and simultaneously detecting 13 compounds in the water-based adhesive for cigarettes in one-time sample feeding by utilizing a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The chromatographic peak has good separation effect, and the result shows that the correlation coefficients of the regression equation of components all reach 0.997 or above, the quantitative detection limits of six benzene compounds are 0.04-0.07 microg / g, and the quantitative detection limits of seven phthalic acid ester compounds are 0.5-4.2 microg / g. The method has the advantages of accuracy, rapidness, high sensitivity, good repeatability, high recovery rate and the like, and conforms to the quantitative requirement.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of the detection of cigarette water-based gums, and more specifically, to a method for simultaneously determining 13 kinds of benzene series and phthalate compounds in water-based gums and its application in the detection of cigarette water-based gums . Background technique [0002] Water-based glue is a water-soluble or emulsion type adhesive with water as the dispersion medium. It is mainly used in the cigarette production industry for cigarette laps, cigarette mouthpieces, filter rod center lines and cigarette packaging. In the process of producing water-based glue, some benzene series, phthalate esters and other substances may be introduced due to raw material or operating process problems. The national tobacco industry has very strict quality control over water-based glues. The benzene series and phthalate esters that may remain in it have been regulated accordingly, and corresponding standard testi...
