Abstract

The invention relates to a method for establishing a screening database for identifying soil sample source. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fetching a soil sample with known source, detecting color of the sample by using Munsell colour charts and carrying out classification; (2) detecting particle sizes of the sample by using a standard suction pipe method and carrying out classification; (3) scanning images of the sample by using a scanning electron microscope, and carrying out detection and classification; (4) detecting the soil sample by a spectroscopy, and carrying out a grouping and establishing a database; (5) detecting the sample by an infrared chromatography, analyzing compounds contained in the soil, and carrying out classification; (6) carrying out PCR amplification of DNA in the extracted sample with fluorescent primers, and carrying out classification; (7) establishing the screening database for identifying soil sample source according to different classifications for mapping different sources of the samples. According to the invention, soil of different regions can be clearly distinguished, and the invention provides an effective source determination method for the soil sample to be detected.
