The method comprises the steps that: a working process of the robot and operating authorization of a hotel room reservation system which is electrically connected with the robot are set through a controller; the robot receives and stores the working process; a user logs in an online application service system to initiate a request; the online application service system sends a request instruction to the controller, and the robot obtains the request instruction, performs understanding and analysis on content of the request instruction, and recognizes whether content of the request instruction is hotel room reservation; the robot intercepts output an image of the hotel room reservation system, recognizes content of the output image, and decides whether to activate the hotel working process according to the recognition result; the robot sends keyboard and mouse analog signals to the hotel room reservation system according to the request instruction after understanding and analysis; and the robot captures output content displayed by the hotel room reservation system, and returns the output content to a user terminal for the user to proceed a next step.
