Abstract

The invention discloses an enrichment apparatus for organic pollutants in seawater and an enrichment method. The apparatus comprises an autoinjection system, a sample bottle translation system, a stirring transfer system used for stirring a seawater sample and employing the magnetic adsorption principle for extracting target organic pollutants in the seawater sample, a motion system driving the stirring transfer system to make horizontal and vertical movements, and a vortex system enabling an elution solvent to generate vortex. The enrichment apparatus employs the structure design of combining parallel processing and straight-line distribution, is capable of realizing full automation of the whole process from injection to extraction enrichment of the target organic pollutants, helps to generate multiple to-be measured samples through once processing, and substantially improves the pretreatment efficiency of the seawater sample. Additionally, by employing the design of enabling permanent magnet to cooperate with a thin-wall glass tube for performing adsorption and disengaging on a magnetic extraction medium, the detection error problem caused by extraction-medium incomplete disengaging because of remanent magnetism of electromagnet is effectively solved, and detection precision is facilitated to be improved.
