Abstract

As a camera is connected with a computation part, gray level data collected by the camera can be treated in time; thus, when the gray level data collected by the camera and received by the computation part change within a preset threshold value along with the increase of time, the computation part can control the camera to stop collection and convert the gray level into a turbidity value; a curve generation part generates a growth curve through a four-parameter logistic model according to the turbidity value and a time curve; an adjustment part compares the growth curve with a growth curve in a standard library so that the type of bacteria can be identified. In this way, the growth curve of the logarithmic phase of the bacteria is adopted for identifying the bacteria to be identified, identification time is shortened, identification accuracy is high, and operation is easy and convenient.
