Abstract

The invention discloses a discharge tube with controllable discharge frequency and a manufacturing method therefor. The discharge tube comprises a ceramic circular substrate, a negative electrode end cover, a positive electrode end cover, a negative electrode, a trigger electrode, a ceramic cylinder, a negative electrode binding post, a positive electrode and a positive electrode binding post. The discharge tube is provided with the trigger electrode; when the discharge tube is in use, the trigger electrode is connected with a high voltage pulse control generator; when the trigger electrode receives high voltage pulse signals, the trigger electrode sends the high voltage pulse to the negative electrode to boost the voltage at the two ends of the discharge tube to breakdown gas among electrodes so as to realize ignition discharge. The discharge tube with such structure can improve the discharge voltage scope as well as can control the discharge frequency; and a plurality of the discharge tubes may work synchronously, and the reliability of igniters is improved.
