The method comprises the following steps: when the mobile terminal is a first interval away from a test board, reading a first testing distance measured by the laser focusing device of the mobile terminal; calibrating a distance measurement starting point corresponding to the laser focusing device by referring to the first interval and the first testing distance; after calibration of the distance measurement starting point is completed and the mobile terminal is adjusted to a position being a second interval away from the test board, reading a second testing distance measured by the laser focusing device, wherein the second interval is greater than the first interval; and acquiring an attenuation degree value corresponding to the laser focusing device by referring to the second interval and the second testing distance, wherein the attenuation degree value is used for calibrating an actual measured value of the laser focusing device. Through adoption of the scheme of the invention, the distance measurement accuracy of the laser focusing device can be increased.
