Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for utilizing an electromagnetic wave CT technology to detect pile side and pile tip caves. The method comprises the steps of: after pile concrete of bored piles reaches an age, selecting a plurality of bored piles in a detected field for carrying out full-length core drilling, and obtaining a plurality of full-length core drilling holes; selecting two full-length core drilling holes to respectively serve as an emitting hole and a receiving hole, putting an emitting probe and a receiving probe of an electromagnetic wave instrument respectively into the emitting hole and the receiving hole; selecting a fixed-point and horizontal observation mode, and reading and recording electromagnetic wave signals through the electromagnetic wave instrument; and according to the detection result of the electromagnetic wave instrument, obtaining the positions, sizes, and forms of pile side caves and pile tip caves. The device comprises the electromagnetic wave instrument, the emitting hole, the emitting probe, the receiving hole and the receiving probe. The method and the device have the advantages that with the emitting probe and the receiving probe moving in the full-length core drilling holes, the distribution condition of the pile side caves and the pile tip caves in the whole filed is rapidly, effectively and economically known.
