Abstract

The invention discloses a roller coating method and device and belongs to the field of paint coating. A painting method where roller coating is performed though a roller is characterized by including the steps that paint is poured into a hollow roller shaft of the coating roller, the paint is dispersed to the outer surface of the coating roller from micro through holes in the outer wall of the hollow roller shaft and a porous material roller body arranged outside the hollow roller shaft in a sleeving mode, and due to relative rotation of the coating roller and a conveying roller or conveying drum driving a coated article, the coated article is coated with paint in a rolling mode. A corresponding roller coating device comprises the coated article driven by the conveying roller or conveying drum and further comprises the coating roller which is a hollow roller, the roller shaft of the coating roller is the hollow roller shaft with the micro through holes which are evenly arranged longitudinally and transversely, the porous material roller body is arranged outside the hollow roller shaft in the sleeving mode, the outer circle of the porous material roller body is attached to the coated article, one end of the coating roller is connected with a drive motor which drives the coating roller to rotate, and the other end of the coating roller is connected with a paint storage box.
