It contains 0.01-0.06%C, 0.10-0.50%Si, 1.00 -1.40%Mn, 0.010-0.050%Nb, 0.040-0.090%V, 0.60-1.00%Cu, 0.20-0.50%Cr, 0.20-0.50%Mo, 0.50-0.80%Ni, 5ppm-30ppmB, 0.005-0.020%Ti, 0.040-0.070%Als, and remained Fe and inevitable impurity: 0.065<=(%Cu*%V)<=0.085.
