The invention discloses a seat matching method, belonging to the field of computer control. The method comprises the following steps that: after receiving a seat recommendation request sent by a user terminal, a control centre sends an inquiry request to an evaluation server, receives an inquiry result returned by the evaluation server and sends evaluation information of n recommendation seats in the inquiry result to the user terminal, such that the user terminal shows the evaluation information of the n recommendation seats; the control centre receives a matching request sent by the user terminal and including an identifier of a selected recommendation seat; and the selected recommendation seat is matched with the user terminal. When a user requests a matching seat, a preferable seat is recommended to the user according to the evaluation information of various seats; the evaluation information of the recommendation seats is shown to the user; the user selects the seat to match from the evaluation information of the recommendation seats; therefore, the user initiative and the information transparency are increased; and thus, the purpose of increasing the use experience of users is achieved.
