Embodiment Construction

[0025] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] The working principle of this technical solution: this technical solution uses an LED white light source as the excitation light of fluorescent substances. Its advantage is that it has a wide continuous wavelength, covering the visible light band. Therefore, the switching of excitation lights with different wavelengths can be realized by using different filters. Secondly, in order to achieve fast switching between excitation and detection bands, the sy...

Abstract

The invention relates to a fluorescent screening system including a white light source exciter, a first light filter piece set, a second light filter piece set, a CCD camera and a lens. The white light source exciter emits a white light source which is then transported to the first light filter piece set. Both the first light filter piece set and the second light filter piece set respectively includes a plurality of different band-pass light filter pieces. Each band-pass light filter piece allows the light source signals in corresponding wavebands to pass while light source signals in other wavebands are filtered away. Under control of a light filter wheel, the first light filter piece set selects one light filter piece according to screening demand of fluorescent proteins in different wavelengths. The white light source, when being filtered through the light filter piece, selects excited light in required wavelength. The selected excited light then is transported to a sample to excite a fluorescent signal. The second light filter piece set selects one light filter piece under control of the light filter wheel, so that the fluorescent signal can pass through the light filter piece in the second light filter piece set to remove stray light signals. The fluorescent signal finally is collected by means of the lens to complete fluorescent imaging with the CCD camera.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fluorescence imaging, in particular to a fluorescence screening system. Background technique [0002] Since the green fluorescent protein gene was cloned from jellyfish in 1992, new fluorescent proteins have been cloned from many marine biological species, and are widely used in the research of biomolecules, molecular interactions, cells, etc., which can be more helpful It is for us to reveal the rules and nature of the activities of these molecules or cells. This has also led to the development of fluorescent protein screening. Fluorescent screening equipment is required in the process of screening fluorescent proteins, but today's microscopy techniques are not suitable for growth in petri dishes due to their small imaging range and short focal length. Selection of clones. Although the small animal fluorescence in vivo imager in the fluorescence imaging system can image the monoclonal flat panel, the p...
