The method includes the following steps: a test article is installed, and is connected with the tension system and the release mechanism in sequence, and predetermined loading force is estimated; the release mechanism is suddenly unlocked when receiving an unlocking signal, the lower end of the test tool is released, continuous flying of the test article is limited through the protection system, and the measuring system records response of overload, oscillation and strain at each measuring point of the test article in a test process.
