Abstract

The invention discloses a dialing search method, apparatus and system, and belongs to the field of electronic technology applications. The method comprises: receiving a character input by a user at a dialing interface; sending a dialing search request to an enterprise server, wherein the dialing search request comprises the character input by the user; receiving a dialing search response sent by the enterprise server, wherein the dialing search response comprises dialing search information and enterprise service information, the dialing search information comprises a target phone number and a target enterprise identifier that correspond to the character input by the user, and the enterprise service information comprises a service business identifier corresponding to the target enterprise identifier; and presenting the dialing search information and the enterprise service information to the user by the dialing interface. According to the dialing search method, apparatus and system, the problem of poor display flexibility of the dialing interface is solved and the beneficial effects of enriching response forms of dialing search and improving the display flexibility of the dialing interface are achieved.
