The invention further discloses a preparation method of the blueberry seedling tending substrate. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) mixing the sawdust and cow dung mixed fermented substance, the turf, the perlite, the vermiculite and the brown soil in proportion; (2) adding the dazomet to the substrate, evenly mixing the mixture, performing closed fumigation, performing ventilation for loosening the substrate after sterilization, and performing sufficient ventilation; (3) adding the sulfur powder and adjusting the pH value of the substrate to range from 4.5 to 4.8; (4) adding the trichoderma and the controlled-release fertilizer and evenly mixing the substrate before the substrate is placed in a bowl.
