Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous adsorption material from pyrite cinder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) loading the pyrite cinder, which serves as an initial raw material, into a conical ball mill, controlling slurry concentration, proportionally adding a desulfurizing agent, i.e., hydrochloric acid into the conical ball mill, and carrying out milling for 2 minutes; (2) loading the milled material to a feeding stirring tank of a magnetic separator, controlling feeding concentration, adjusting the intensity of exciting current and the time for feeding, medium flushing and fine flushing, and carrying out magnetic separation once, so as to obtain a pyrite cinder concentrate; (3) dehydrating and baking the pyrite cinder concentrate, so as to obtain high-ferrum and low-sulfur type iron concentrate; (4) proportionally adding diatomite powder, coke powder and a binder to the pyrite cinder concentrate, and carrying out uniform mixing; and (5) granulating the mixture by a granulator, putting the granules into a baking oven, carrying out low-temperature curing drying, then, carrying out roasting reduction for 2 hours in a high-temperature electric resistance furnace, thereby obtaining the porous adsorption material.
