A received audio signal of an 800MHz vehicle-mounted radio is connected to a transmitted audio signal of a 150MHz vehicle-mounted radio through a transfer port; a received audio signal of the 150MHz vehicle-mounted radio is connected to a transmitted audio signal of the 800MHz vehicle-mounted radio; when the 150MHz vehicle-mounted radio outputs a carrier, the carrier is converted through the transfer port so as to generate a PTT signal of the 800MHz vehicle-mounted radio; and when the 800MHz vehicle-mounted radio outputs a carrier, the carrier is converted through the transfer port so as to generate a PTT signal controlling the 800MHz vehicle-mounted radio. The intercommunication system has the beneficial effect of realizing automatic intercommunication between the 800MHz trunking system and the 150MHz talk back system without transferring through men.
