The step (1) for addition of the edible fungi residue into the chicken manure inoculation trichoderma for the first fermentation is a microbial metabolic process of aerobic fermentation stage; the turf soil, the inoculation trichoderma and the aspergillus niger are added into the fermentation product for secondary fermentation in the step (2), more humus and nutrients required for plants are formed, and in the step (2), part of easily decomposable and difficultly decomposable organic matters after the first fermentation stage are converted and decomposed by the secondary fermentation to form a biotransformation process.
