The system comprises a closed-cycle refrigerator system, a helium heat exchange air cooling vibration isolation system, an extremely-low-temperature throttle valve refrigerating system and a temperature feedback control system. According to the refrigerating manner provided by the system, the extremely-low temperature lowering to 1.4 K (based on helium-4 media) or 0.2 K (based on helium-3 media) can be achieved under the condition without consuming liquid helium, and meanwhile, the inherent mechanical vibration of the closed-cycle refrigerator system can be quite effectively isolated; and through the temperature feedback control system, variable temperature control can be achieved.
