Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recognizing the coal measure strata lithology. The method includes the following steps: dividing a coal measure strata into a plurality of rock physical facies based on rock physical characteristics of the coal measure strata; extracting logging characteristic parameters of the coal measure strata according to a logging curve of a key well, and determining a principal component parametric model meeting the rock physical characteristics of the coal measure strata; comparing the plurality of rock physical facies and known geologic facies of the key well, and establishing a corresponding relationship between the rock physical facies and the geologic facies; and layering a logging response curve of a target well, calculating a principal component numerical value of each layer of the coal measure strata based on the principal component parametric model, determining the rock physical facies corresponding to the coal measure strata layer-by-layer, and recognizing the strata lithology according to the corresponding relationship between the rock physical facies and the geologic facies.
