Abstract

The invention discloses a monitoring alarm method. The method comprises: an alarm data item is configured in advance and a database is scanned according to a database scanning cycle of the alarm data item; whether operation information matching an alarm condition corresponding to the current database scanning cycle exists in the database is determined; if so, alarm information is generated and is stored into a first data table; the first data table is scanned and the alarm information is classified according to a classification feature item included by the alarm information; the same kind of alarm information is combined and then is stored into a second data table, wherein the second data table includes combined alarm information including an alarm content; and the second data table is scanned and the alarm content of the combined alarm information in the second data table is sent. According to the invention, a phenomenon that lots of alarm short messages or alarm mails having the same or similar contents are sent simultaneously can be avoided, so that the cost and resources are reduced and ignorance of processing of practically useful alarm information by a management worker can be avoided.
