Abstract

The wrapping unit is connected with an extruder which is provided with a heater used for heating wrapping materials into a molten state, and the wrapping materials are adsorbed to the surface of the pumping rod through vacuum at the wrapping unit. The method sequentially includes the following steps that (1) the heater is used for heating the wrapping materials into the molten state, and the wrapping materials are extruded into the wrapping unit; (2) the pushing device is started to push the pumping rod into the wrapping unit, and the pushing speed is adjusted according to the section shape of the part passing through the wrapping unit; and (3) the wrapping materials are adsorbed to the surface of the pumping rod through vacuum at the wrapping unit.
