If the pressure of the demineralized water mother tube is greater than 0.2MPa, the closed-type circulating water pump is pre-selected and the 2GT+1ST closed-type cooling water system or the 1GT+1ST closed-type cooling water system is pre-selected, the step of the starting of the closed-water type utility system is carried out.
