When the vanadium trichloride mixed powder is applied to quickly measure the nitrate content in the food, firstly, the food is homogenized and then metered in volume by using the acetic acid solution. After that, the homogenized food is oscillated and filtered to obtain a sample solution. Secondly, the vanadium trichloride mixed powder is added into the sample solution, and the obtained product is shaken uniformly, subjected to water bath and cooled.
