The method comprises the steps of mixing environmental biology earthworms with water to obtain an earthworm-water mixed solution; conducting ultrasound mixing on the earthworm-water mixed solution and acetonitrile, afterwards conducting homogenating, mixing a homogenating sizing agent with inorganic salts, and conducting vibrating and solid-liquid separation to obtain an acetonitrile extraction solution; mixing the acetonitrile extraction solution with Fe3O4-SiO2 magnetic particles, ZrO2, a PSA absorbent and a water absorbent to obtain mixed feed liquor; vibrating the mixed feed liquor, conducting magnetic separation and filtering, and then collecting clean liquor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of filling a cellulose nitrate solution in a female template with the microstructure patter on the surface, drying and stripping the female template to obtain a cellulose nitrate thin film with a reverse microstructure as a substrate; carrying out plasma surface processing on the substrate; filling a graphene oxide solution in the substrate and drying graphene oxide solution to form a film; placing the obtained graphene oxide thin film in hydroiodic acid aqueous solution for heating and reduction; and removing the cellulose nitrate thin film to obtain the flexible self-support graphene conductive thin film with the same microstructure pattern as the female template. The method has the advantages of simplicity in preparation, convenience in operation, simplicity in device and process requirements, cheap raw material and low cost, and industrial production at a large scale can be achieved. The prepared self-support graphene film is high in toughness and high in conductivity, the microstructure pattern on the surface is adjustable, and the self-support graphene film is expected to be used for aspects such as flexible electronics, flexible display, a wearable sensing device and an energy storage device.

The invention discloses a new method for performing data correction by using cell metabolite relative content as cell number index. The new method is characterized by comprising the steps of: realizing the fast quenching of biochemical metabolism in cells by using a simple sample pre-processing method; efficiently extracting small molecule metabolites by an optimized extraction solvent; and roundly and half quantitatively measuring the small molecule compounds in a biological sample by a metabonomics method based on measuring technology like mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance and the like so as to identify a quantitative index of symbolic metabolites in cells to be as the cell number, and regarding the quantitative index as a weight factor to perform data correction. The simple measurement device is used for computing the heat conductivity coefficient by adopting the Fourier heat transfer law, and is simple in structure; parts used for building the device, i.e. the heater, the heat source, the sheet coppers, the thermoelectric couples and the like, are not expensive, so that the simple measurement device is low in cost; and the experimental the number of operation steps for measuring the heat conductivity coefficient by using the device is small, and compared with the measurement by using a steady-state method which needs a plurality of hours for once, the measurement by using the device commonly needs 10-20min for once.

The invention discloses a vanadium trichloride mixed powder and the application thereof in quickly measuring the nitrate content in the food. The vanadium trichloride mixed powder is composed of sodium chloride, sulfamic acid, sulfanilic acid, naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride and vanadium trichloride. When the vanadium trichloride mixed powder is applied to quickly measure the nitrate content in the food, firstly, the food is homogenized and then metered in volume by using the acetic acid solution. After that, the homogenized food is oscillated and filtered to obtain a sample solution. Secondly, the vanadium trichloride mixed powder is added into the sample solution, and the obtained product is shaken uniformly, subjected to water bath and cooled. The light absorption value of the obtained product is measured and then the nitrate content is calculated according to a standard curve. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the method is simple and easy to operate, fast, short in consumed time, sensitive, accurate, small in reagent consumption, and low in cost. Meanwhile, an operator can master the method without being specially trained. Moreover, reagents adopted in the method are not volatilized, free of odors and extremely small in toxicity to human bodies. The mixed power is good in stability. The detection reagent is harmless to the environment and human bodies. Therefore, the vanadium trichloride mixed powder has a wide application prospect in detecting the nitrate content in the rapid detection field of food especially the rapid detection field of fresh vegetables.

The invention relates to a method for screening lactic acid bacteria capable of bacteriocin from plant source materials. The method comprises the following steps: treating the plant source materials; separating and screening out the lactic acid bacteria; screening a lactic acid bacterium strain capable of producing antibiotic substances by using a method of fermenting a supernatant fluid by use of the strain to carry out an antibiotic test; eliminating interference of small molecules by using dialyzate of the supernatant fluid to carry out the antibiotic test, and screening out the lactic acid bacteria capable of producing the bacteriocin; and performing an antibiotic test by using a protein crude extract which is precipitated by use of ammonium sulfate, and performing a crude extract enzymolysis test by using various proteases to prove that the lactic acid bacterium strain capable of producing the bacterocin can be effectively screened by utilizing the method. In the method, the method for separating and purifying the lactic acid bacteria capable of producing the bacteriocin is improved, the fermented supernatant fluid is dialyzed by a dialysis bag with smaller cut-off molecular weight, so that the inhibition effect of small molecular antibiotic substances in the fermented supernatant fluid on indicator bacteria can be eliminated, and the activity of the bacteriocin can be guaranteed. By utilizing the method, the experimental steps are reduced, and the screening efficiency is improved.
