The frequency multiplication circuit comprises an RF input waveguide, a quartz substrate and an output waveguide, two discrete multi-junction GaAS-based frequency multiplication diode assemblies which are bonded on the quartz substrate in a flip chip manner serve as a nonlinear frequency multiplication device, and are in DC reverse serial connection; each diode can selected two or four chips according to the frequency of the frequency multiplication circuit; the mode of a transmission electric field can be converted in a quartz circuit; and the frequency-doubled balanced type circuit is formed. A schottky diode assembly in the frequency multiplication circuit is separated from the input waveguide, the amount of diode junctions is not limited by the width of the input waveguide any more, and the input power bearing capability is improved compared with a traditional balanced type frequency multiplication circuit.
