Abstract

The invention provides a manpower vehicle speed limiter which comprises a rotating mechanism, a power source motor, a power motor, a transmission line, a fixing disc, a damping connecting rod and a compression braking mechanism. The power source motor is driven by the rotating mechanism to generate power. An installation hole is formed in the fixing disc.
