Abstract

Through adoption of the method, the same or similar content is prevented from being sent repeatedly, and the same phone number is prevented from sending short messages of the same or similar content for multiple times so as not to cause bad impact on a mobile phone user, so that the short message validity is improved, the user experience is improved, and the complaint rate is lowered.
